This website is informational: it does not allow contracts to be concluded at a distance, does not sell products or services online and does not process payments. The right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts therefore does not apply.

Any prices shown are indicative; the treatment plan and final cost are established after consultation and, where applicable, imaging, and are communicated to you before treatment begins.

Complaints and dispute resolution
We encourage you to raise any concern with us directly, at office@dontodentclinic.ro or at the practice's premises. If we do not reach a solution, you may contact:
- the Iași College of Dental Surgeons – Str. Zugravi nr. 24, floor 1, Iași, for matters of professional ethics;
- the Iași Public Health Directorate – Str. V. Conta nr. 2-4, Iași, telephone 0232.210900, for matters concerning the authorisation and operation of the healthcare unit;
- the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing – for matters concerning the protection of personal data;
- the competent Romanian courts.
Please note that health services provided by health professionals to patients are excluded from the scope of alternative dispute resolution legislation, under Article 2(2)(h) of Romanian Law no. 140/2015 and Article 2(2)(h) of Directive 2013/11/EU. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was also discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
Governing law
These terms and the relationship between the practice and its patients are governed by Romanian law. In the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version of this document prevails.
